United Home Care LLC is a CARF accredited and MassHealth funded program , founded in the heart of the Massachusetts. United home care LLC is committed to providing excellent, quality care while nurturing dignity and independence for members living at home. AFC program is designed to provide services for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) including Bathing , Dressing, Ambulation, Transfers, and Eating, & instrumental ADLs.
